Buckwheat flour ¾ cup
Rice flour ¾ cup
1 tblsp oil
Warm water
Method
Mix flours and oil well and make stiff dough with water.
Roll out into chapattis using rice flour for rolling.
Cook on hot frying pan (griddle).
Pile them on a plate.
These can be drizzled with olive oil or spread olive oil spread.
Tips
Best served hot with curry or vegetables or any cooked lentils.
These chapattis can be used as wrap.
